Comprehensive Examination
Of Your Practice
The Value of Thorough ‘Exam’
If a client called you up and told you that she needed medicine for her dog’s ear, you’d ask to see the dog first. That’s because your experience has taught you that the ear issue may be related to other problems going on with the pet and that a physical examination of both the dog’s ear and the dog’s entire body will help you to treat the issue effectively.
A Look At All Your Practice’s ‘Vitals’
We’ve learned that the same is true for practice issues. Evaluating the practice’s leadership, financials, key performance indicators, online presence, marketing efforts, human resources, protocols, and team workflow are critical to providing the best advice on how you can improve.
Hi Bash!
I just went through the Summary Report and the Plan. Lot’s of really thoughtful insights!!!! I love it! I really appreciate how much you “get us” and the way we practice. We don’t fit the usual mold so it’s fantastic that you recognize our niche. I want to move forward with the scope of work you detailed. Do you have any availability before Jan. 10th, 2023 for the leadership meeting? I’d love to get things moving as soon as possible.

Review Includes Written Report and A Practice Visit
To that end, our work begins with a review of information from your business followed by an on-site, day-long visit to your hospital to conduct a complimentary meeting with your team, watch workflow, and to get to know all members of your team. Afterwards, we provide you with a professional, written evaluation of all the information that we have reviewed and a strategic plan for how to improve. We also provide you an estimated return on investment if you follow our directions and a fee schedule if you would like our support to implement the ideas outlined in our plan.
All the information you provide us is kept confidential and we’re always respectful of you, your team, and your efforts. We’re not here to embarrass or shame anyone. We’re only here to help.
“Hi Bash,
I’m so glad that we are going to move forward! Your talks flow really well and are so engaging, the most skilled professionals tend to make things look easy – like a Barishnikov or Vladimir Horowitz – you draw people in, but it is is obvious in the nuances of your talks that you have a tremendous amount of training, experience and knowledge. Which means I better be ready to face hard truths and up my game to realize my dream. Looking forward to your visit on 12/8/22 and what you will find out about my practice!”
Joy Fox-Beaudet, Practice Owner, Arcata Animal Hospital

It’s Fun, It’s Informative, and It’s an Introduction To Bash
As part of our visit, we mentioned that we do a meeting with your team. For those of you that have heard Bash speak, you know that he soon wins over his audiences by showing that he’s ‘one of them’ and understands the ins and outs of their day-to-day work. We like this meeting to be both fun and informative so that the team leaves confident that Bash won’t be judgmental, only helpful. The link to the right is the meeting that works best for this first visit. It’s RACE approved and comes with two CE credits, plus, it’s included in the cost of your visit!
