Team Building
End office negativity. Motivate your team. Bash can visit your practice, meet with your team. Even review workflow and help you to streamline your efforts.
The Case Study Was Great!
“Bash, on behalf of all of us at Countryside, I want to thank you for the excellent team building workshop you did with my practice. I thought the Front versus Back case study that you had us read and discuss did a great job at getting everyone to see the importance of respectful communication. “ Dr. Karen
“I Know How You Feel”
Bash spent 4 years working as a veterinary client care representative before moving on to work as a licensed technician and later a certified practice manager. He understands how wires get crossed and communication breaks down between the ‘front’ and the ‘back’. Internal hospital disputes debilitate everyone, and Halow is a strong advocate for helping your team communicate more effectively and respectfully.
Respect and Civility Discussed
In most of his team meetings, Bash reviews the debilitating effects of incivility and petitions team members to understand the value of simple things like saying good morning, good bye, and thank you. He encourages everyone to consider a hospital-wide policy on kindness and consideration and a zero tolerance for disrespectful actions by any team members.
He Can Look At Your Workflow Too!
Bash can affordably visit your practice and observe your work flow as a way to identify what may inhibiting great communication or lowering your productivity. If you would like the full day visit, plan on doing the workshop first, either the evening before or the morning of his visit. Teams that firstly meet Bash through one of his workshops are more comfortable being observed. Use the phone icon below to give us a call or scroll down to the contact form.
